Please note application does not guarantee assistance. To ensure compliance with our 501(c)3 requirements & to protect the donations of those supporting our mission, we do require validation of cancer diagnosis as part of the application process.
- Level 1 - $1,000 grant
- Level 2 - With the submittal of additional financial documentation demonstrating need, Shelly's Warriors will make an effort to provide funds for standard bill pay, medical expenses, transportation costs, etc.
